Qualifications:
Major Responsibilities & Duties:
Answering cutomer calls within two hours.
Logging calls in Customer Reporter.
Teaching training classes.
Updating training class manuals.
Performing onsite consulting or training when necessary.
Testing projects for releases.
Updating online manual.
Writing projects when errors are discovered.
Updating Sample report books.
Staying current on FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA/HUD regulations.
Staying current on SURF and Midanet.
Following company policies including those documented in the Employee Handbook and FICS Book.
Other Duties as assingned by supervisor.
Qualfications/Requirements:
Verbal and written communications skills and ability.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to travel frequently accross the United States on short notice.
Extensive knowledge of service and investor accounting.
Proficiency with personal computers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines without supervision.
